Ms. Jiabao Shen joined Source Code Capital in 2020, and is responsible for financial due diligence and providing financial management services to portfolio companies. Ms. Shen previously served as Senior Consultant in the Transaction Consultancy department of Ernst & Young. Her sector knowledge spans over TMT, consumer, technology, education and manufacturing.

Ms. Shen graduated from the Central University of Finance and Economics with a Bachelor’s Degree, and holds a Master’s Degree from University of Rochester. Ms. Shen is a Certified member of ACCA.
